and also not sure whether this should be in Interpersonal. You have 3 people and we'll call them A, B, C Together these 3 are a mess. A works with B and C alone. B works with A and C alone. C is indifferent. Who or what is the culprit? IP: Logged |

most probably B finds A and C quite similar, so this similarity might be the source of conflict between A and C. between A and C, whoever decides first that they want to work alone with others is probably the culprit. IP: Logged |

It's edited. A and B work with each other and ALONE with C. When C is involved something happens. IP: Logged |

I freaking confused myself with the letters :-/ Let's play it like this: We have John, Anne and Sara (it doesn't have to be romantic from any side). John and Anne work well together alone. John and Sara work well together alone. Anne and Sara work well together alone. All 3 together? No!

@charlieyou initially had said that B is indifferent. now with C being indifferent, there is a chance that C has something to offer which arouses competitiveness in A and B. so when C is around, A and B try to get C's attention or that thing C offers. C is indifferent most probably because neither have what C is looking for. IP: Logged |
