So my friend has been going through her Saturn return since September of 2015, but TOMORROW Saturn returns to the exact spot it was in when she was born, I believe around 2pm west coast time it will be in the exact degree it was in when she was born.

What does that mean? Is something or multiple things supposed to happen? Will she maybe feel a shift or a change?

Pretty sure she's been feeling it for the most part, the fact that is at the exact degree doesn't mean she'll feel it more, at least not for me.
I have Saturn 15 degrees of Sagittarius, currently on my Saturn return, with the retro motion I think this is the 3rd time I've felt it and when it was at the same degree nothing changed, gradually though it did, since 2015 the change started happening, I have Saturn in the 2nd house so I'm pretty careful with my money, where I get it and I how I handle it, it's been a hard year for me financially since 2015 but the progress is happening, slowly but surely, Saturn is like that.

I might add that her Saturn return is going through her 8th house. Any suggestions on what that might mean?
