The full moon. Easily. Always waiting for it to end"that's why I'm feeling so stressed, pressure, and messed up! It's a full moon! only another day to go.."
well another day till the pressure starts loosening, by the 2nd day after separating its guaranteed
in fact i remember the full moon robin williams died. I am peaceful but that night i was chasing a fly around for the first time- trying to squash it. i've never done that before hahah
*I noticed on Neptune strong aspects to the sun/moon/both that those days are especially dreamy. Just in a world of strange feelings. these are my kind of transits- look at the transit chart alone as it is
**For example Neptune is conj N.N. by 2 degees, so in about exactly 4 days when the moon is passing it, it won't by a 5 degree angle, it'll be an exact 0.67 angle, so that day should be especially neptune. It'll also be squaring the sun by 6 degrees. So I'd keep an eye out for that day, just to see if I'm right, if it really is incredibly noticeably dreamy/has strange feelings. That might prove a factual way
Never know, might be a good idea to plan dinner/dates/nature walks with pals on those neptune days. 
But yeah if you can notice and feel something majorly on that day, that proves the best way. If there is a true energy, you'd feel it making a difference on you. If you don't feel different in the slightest but got in a fight with a friend, it doesn't mean that it was from mars conjunct something. That's not true astrology. True astrology when you do it right, is incredibly apparent and obvious
