From the book of the author of these articles:

These 5 categories, called the Consideration Cycle, are what defines a person's political perspective and innate character:

Will (Moon/Saturn), Thought (Mercury/Uranus), Feeling (Venus/Neptune), Judgment (Mars/Pluto), Power (Jupiter/Sun)

Balanced will, feeling, and power is the first planet in a feminine (-) sign and the second in a masculine (+) sign, and balanced thought and judgment is the first planet in a masculine sign and the second in a feminine sign. Both planets in a masculine sign in one of the 5 categories is a point towards being a leftist (projective), two planets in a feminine sign in one of the 5 categories is a point towards being a rightist (assimilative). Reversed in any of the categories is the opposite of the balanced charge. Here's my pattern:

B+R-B

Scorpio Moon/Capricorn Saturn (retrograde rules put Saturn in Sagittarius), Gemini Mercury/Sagittarius Uranus, Gemini Venus/Capricorn Neptune, Pisces Mars/Scorpio Pluto, Taurus Jupiter/Gemini Sun

My Saturn is in Capricorn, but going by his retrograde rules, the charge is technically Sagittarius as it's at 0 degrees (anywhere within 0 degrees qualifies it) and within 30 days it's before 29 degrees 20 minutes Sagittarius (Saturn in Sag fits me more than Capricorn, though Gemini Venus fits me way more than Cancer Venus, and these retrograde rules explain why). Any retrograde planet at 0 degrees falls under these rules, as well as any retrograde planet past 29 degrees 20 minutes of its current sign. Direct planets at or past 29 degrees 20 minutes have the charge of the following sign. The Moon is the exception, as it has the charge of the following sign at 29 degrees period.

Having balanced power makes me a progressive according to this system, and having balanced or projective charges in three categories makes me 60% leftist. Pretty accurate, though the formula on zot.net also worked for me. Reversed power makes you a conservative, assimilative power makes you a liberal (he uses liberal as a rightist term), and projective power makes you a radical. This obviously fits in with the earth and water signs being the conservative signs and the fire and air signs being the progressive signs.

Other notes: Feminine Pluto indicates innate compassion, feminine Neptune indicates innate empathy, feminine Mars indicates innate sympathy, and feminine Jupiter indicates innate tolerance (if these planets are near the border of a sign, remember the retrograde rules). Very interesting as most of the big name politicians have masculine Pluto, and many of them have masculine Neptune (including the two candidates for president this year, the two boomer presidents, and Obama's VP. Ted Cruz also has both with projective/masculine charges as his Pluto is direct and past 29 degrees 20 minutes Virgo, along with Neptune in Sagittarius after its final retrograde into Scorpio). Many of the big name serial killers/criminals, most notably Ted Bundy and Al Capone, and Hitler also have projective/masculine Pluto/Neptune. The masculine Jupiter signifying innate intolerance is also interesting, as Pat Robertson has it, as well as most of the right wing fundamentalists (GW Bush, Huckabee, Palin, Santorum, Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann). Most of the fundies I know also have it, as well as most of the extreme leftists I know. Obviously not everyone in these masculine generations are bad people (he even says this and mentions how important stuff like education, intelligence, and being raised right can positively effect these impulses, so obviously the opposite can negatively effect the people with these planets in feminine signs), though this does explain why the Pluto Leos have their reputation.

What are your patterns? Keep this astrological.

Interesting read.

((Question about rule with Moon: I have Libra Moon 0° so would that equal a Scorp Moon?))

I'm literally balanced across my chart in all elements and aspects. So it's fitting I'm a mix of both in each of the 5 categories.

Will (FEM/MAS)
Thought (MAS/MAS)
Feeling (FEM/MAS)
Judgement (MAS/FEM)
Power (FEM/MAS)

If I understand correctly, I'd be inclined towards an assimilative view. I'm honestly all over the place and don't title my views due to their range of beliefs.

I've never dug as deep as you have in your studies over candidates but you make an excellent observation ab Masculine signs & intolerance specifically. Makes sense to think masculinity would naturally be firmer in stances as opposed to the feminine signs.
