how do you read the little house and big house in SR chart ?

i think

a big house in SR : the house involved will be very important this year and will absorb a lot of time

a little house in SR: so little time devoted to this house, or little importance of this house that year

but i am not so agree with my own reading because like my 2017 sr shows, i have 3 planet in a little 6th house trining SR saturn in the 2nd. So i am thinking i will surely focus on both house this year...
