Something I've always noticed is that in certain lighting, there are bits of red in my hair that are highlighted. It was the strangest thing, and it made me especially curious when I came across an article that stated that Scorpio Risings can have tints of red in their hair.

Is this true for you other Scorpio Risings? I think it was kind of cool, and thought I would share.

The red hair thing is a Jupiter thing so if Jupiter is aspecting your Ascendant, or in the first house, then yes you probably have red tints.

Well, Jupiter would be inconjunct my Ascendant, but it's by five degrees. That's probably too wide.

Could it be Mars on my Ascendant?

I looooove red hair! I have often in my life dyed my hair red and fantasized about going really red but is hard to achieve the red I want with my brown hair and yes although I have brown hair I have noticed red tints at some point or another in my hair.

I also have Jupiter conjunct Uranus in the 1H.

That's interesting! I have many stories to tell about my friend and her horrible hair-dying trauma

My Mom has red hair, so I may have inherited it from her. Although, she's an Aries with Sun conjunct Ascendant tight, so it makes sense. As she's gotten older though, it's gotten significantly darker.

I used to have red tints to my hair, and then it seemed they turned more of a Golden colour.

Mine is jet black. Thick and very slightly wavy, low hairline like a Scorpio ASC is supposed to have.
Scorpio ASC, Jupiter and Pluto in 1H, Sun, Mercury, Saturn, Venus trine ASC, Uranus square ASC

I was born with pale blonde hair, practically towheaded like my mom, but it became strawberry (reddish) as I got older. Perhaps this is because I got a lot more sun than my mom did, or maybe that's just the contribution of my red head father that took a few years to be seen (as my hair got thicker--I've noticed that at least a few hairs are lighter or darker than the rest).

I'm not a Scorpio ASC, but I do have a 4H Scorpio Jupiter (and sun with many planets on the Scorpio cusp). Though IF astrology had anything to do with that, then I thought maybe it was having 2 major stelliums somehow reflected that I have a mix of red and blonde.

Not in my half sister and my case; both are sag rising (different father, mom brunette with Sag Sun).

BUT:

She it's scorpio Sun and I have Jupiter in Scorpio 5° conjunct her Sun. Her Jupiter in cancer opposite her Asc.

So with us, red tones in hair looks like a "Scorpian-Sagitarian-Jupiterian thing"
