Jupiter/Neptune in aspect to Venus often suggests to me a yearning for something trans-personal and "heavenly" in essence.

With the opposition,there is often a feeling of "not enough" or that the valuable thing in question(Venus) is always just out of reach(Jupiter opposition).

Venus is exalted in Pisces and is quite powerful. So there is a soft,forgiving and possibly altruistic nature therein.

The opposition is always about balance. And in this instance,one needs to balance the allowing(Pisces)with discriminating(Virgo)

It may be that you may "own" one part of the opposition and project the other i.e

You may find it natural to be compassionate, soft, yielding and self-sacrificing(Pisces). Thus projecting the discriminating, finicky and detail-oriented part of yourself to someone else(possibly a partner)

Or you may take on the discriminating virtues of Virgo and project the Pisces part to someone else.

Whatever the outcome,what is clear is that balance is needed.

If you should own the Pisces part, the opposition to Jupiter is there to remind you of limits and boundaries.

This may manifest in being unable to pay debts or being very generous to people that are taking advantage of you(the houses ruled by each will show the back/to swing)

If you own the Jupiter part, there may be so much attention to detail and focus on one area of life(Virgo) that the other falls by the wayside(Pisces)

This may manifest in workaholic tendencies bring about weird health issues.

Much of what is said here will operate within your pysche. The world will however see someone who is charming,happy go lucky and seemingly "trouble free" with this aspect.
