My friend is a Gemini with a Taurus rising and a Scorpio moon and my intuition about them is that they hide a lot of things and only tell people the superficial things about themselves. However, this Gemini insists that they are an open book about who they are and that they don't have secrets and yada yada yada. I'm not buying it though. Are there any Gemini's with this placement in here? Are you an open book about everything? How do you act when you are afraid and trying to hide your feelings about something? I might add that this person is also a cancer mercury, Taurus venus and cancer mars. IP: Logged |

Geminis with some cancer or scorpio in their chart are not always honest to anyone.They're not an open book for sure, if they say so, beware of the manipulation trick. Involve with one: cancer mercury & mars, venus in taurus. Although his mercury conjunct mars which known for honesty, well, nope, not a guarantee. The more you try to get honest answer from them, the more manipulation you get or they will crawl back/sulk/in silent anger for you are not trusting them. The only way to get honest answer is not from their mouth (doesn't mean you can not trust them but just be careful), it's in their actions. Open your eyes and be like a Virgo who sees DETAILS. I agree, I wouldn't trust the Scorpio rising.
Cancer elements would make them manipulative but more emotional manipulative..say try to make people feel sorry for them to get what they want. @hearttreasure, I really blame the cancer elements in your gem's chart, I guess its my Aries moon that makes me direct and to the point. Believe it or not lying is actually the hardest thing for me. Being blunt and saying how it is, is my worst trait. I don't "sugar coat" the truth. Just because most people...(for the exception of the people who voted for trump and... the people who were rioting on the street in protest that he won) aren't stupid. Lie to someone once and they'll never trust you ever again....then that's when you really need there trust..but it won't come. At least thats the way I think.. its very easy for people to see through you. ====================================

Well, I am a Taurus with Gemini rising, and growing up i was an open book ,too honest to the point that I got hurt because people used it against me. ( I have no Scorpio though) I didn't go around saying it though...I am a VERY honest person , however, not such an open book anymore to just anyone. I've learned the hard way that most people will never keep your business private. I agree with Nine...you don;t have to say it , because ut should be apparent. Also, I agree with Pixie as well... Now, I will also say that I have had bad experiences with the two scorpio moons I know...they are SO sneaky and secretive AND manipulative! GAH. Ones a Libra Sun, the other a Gemini sun. Could be a coincidence-but I do know that is one of the toughest placements for the moon. IP: Logged |

I once knew, and briefly dated, a Gem Sun/Scorpio Moon man. He WAS an open book. Always smiling. Always joking. Always had an ear for others. Always expressed thoughts/feelings regarding personal economic problems and/or family problems etc etc etc In fact, he was SO open with these things, he "accidentally" forgot to open up about his more devious, sexual sides that turned out to be extremely unpleasant and borderline psychotic..
Not sure if that's called lying but having grown up with a deeply saturated Scorpio mother, I know full well that Scorpio-anything NEVER opens up 100%.
I will give this to his credit though: deep down he KNEW what he was made of, and he liked me a lot, so he spared me the pain he knew he'd cause me and dropped me like a hot potato stating: "I am not ready for this".
I heard some really ugly stories about him after that, things I had apparently been to blind to see while we were together.Actually, now that I think about him and remember all that happened, I should thank him. He changed my life! His Gemini mind was petrified of his darker moon and I, being very comfortable with the darker aspects of humanity, lured his moon in. I was like Pan in a silent forest for him. My brothers a Gemini with Taurus moon and Scorpio rising. He really is an open book in many ways - he doesn't seem to harbour negative feelings for e.g. He'd say if he had any although he rarely seems to have any. But, I've noticed he does get pleasure from secretive behaviour, fairly innocent things but it's in the knowing no one knows. Sometimes I do sense a kind of repression of some kind in himself with certain things just because he articulates emotions rather than shows them all the time but otherwise he does seem open to me. Moon in Scorpio is very secretive and not an open book unless they have Jupiter in the first or AC conjunct Jupiter then maybe there is some truth to that statement but they will still hide some things.IP: Logged |

Well, I'm a Taurus Sun with a Gemini Moon and I have a Scorpio Ascendant. Would my opinion count for anything? Anyway, based on where their moon is placed, they're lying. I'm suspicious of anyone that says they aren't hiding anything. Everyone has something to hide and it doesn't matter how open you are. However, over and over, my Scorpio Ascendant has proven time and time again that I just can't trust anyone 100%. I'm sure Scorpio Moons are even less trusting than me and getting my trust is just about the most difficult thing you'll ever try to do if you're close to me. IP: Logged |

Quoted for truth. Scorpio mother here as well. From an early age there was a vague story an older sister. About age 22 or 23 my Scorpio mom was having a moment of reflection, after an emotional conversation with an ex from her teenage years. She opened up and told me all about it; the relationship, they baby, and the break up. Years later I was having another conversation with a family member, this was when I learned the whole truth - from a distant relative. Finally everything made sense. I normally don't like posting with my phone, the auto correct on the keyboard changed "are" to "aren't" . I normally come on lindaland when I need to get my mind off of the day, so I posted on my phone. Hopefully since its holiday season everyone is in a joyful and friendly mood. Both groups are equally stupid and I'm not backing down on it... I will take that argument to the grave . Freaking auto correct! Yeah we are on the same page but people are conditioned by the mainstream media and school system to think a certain way, these forces shape their thinking and perception. In addition certain political views have a lot of emotional appeal so people gravitate towards them and the school system does not teach them to look into the long term problems of such views. I guess what I am saying is I feel you can be smart but politically ignorant bc people are set up to be politically ignorant. Even the way we are wired, we are emotional animals so emotional appeal works really well on us. Sorry for the mix up, Merry Christmas!

Ok, long story short, this Gem sun scope moon latched on to me. I kid you not, I was going through life just fine, they spotted me and decided I was to be their best friend. The level of attachment she had for me, by the way we are both girls. She was glued to me, I had my walls up because I'm a Cancer and didn't want to get hurt. I felt like I had found someone in life that just meshed well with me. This sounds cheesy but it was like the last two missing puzzles pieces were coming together to make the whole picture make sense. Anyway, I was still on guard with her at the beginning but she kept on. She even told me at one point that she was going to break down my walls. It wasn't until later in the friendship, I realized I loved her and I felt like we should be more than friends. She was giving off a lot of signs and hints that she felt the same. So one day, I sat her down and told her how I felt, she cried, said she didn't feel the same as me and then built her walls really high and stuck me on the outside. Ever since then it's been constant inconsistency with her stories and her personality did a complete 180. I haven't been able to get past her wall since. There have been a few times where I thought I was almost through, only to have her guard shoot me down. Sometimes I will let her know that I can tell she is hiding something, it's like one of those feelings you just can't shake, but you know there is something not being said. That's when I end up finding the inconsistencies with her stories. But she tells me she is an open book and blah blah blah. Although from my end, I can see there is so much hidden. But anyway, that's where my question stems from. I was starting to doubt my crabby senses thinking maybe she is an open book and I'm just paranoid. The only thing I am worried about is now at work lately, she wants to be just acquaintances, that's it. However, I see her looking at me from time to time and she is always around where I am.
I am just worried because of the Scorpio moon if I may have hurt her and now there is that revenge thing that people say Scorpios are known for. IP: Logged |
