I have Saturn in Scorpio. Pluto rules Scorpio. The sign in which Saturn resides makes it hard for the native to access. My Pluto lies dormant way down deep I would love to wake him up in this lifetime because I, only, believe in one lifetime per person. With that cute( or not so cute) introduction, we will move onto Pluto Trines.

Only people having the mentioned astrological placements embody them. Those who don't have them, cannot embody them.

Putin has a Mars/Pluto trine, true, but no Mars/Saturn trine, so he can't be mentioned as a Mars/Saturn trine example.

As for Putin " going after Muslim terrorism", he would probably laugh at the idea, what he does is breeding more terrorism and his involvement in Syria for imperialism, war, money, influence, oil, weapon testing reasons makes him a war criminal contributing to the death of 15,948 children and 10,540 women, not to mention the men, and the displacement and loss of life and home of app 12 million people.
