Topic: Are you good at sensing which gender someone talks with at the phone?

For example when my mom is on the phone talking to someone i can sense which gender she is talking to just by hearing the way she talks even though i haven`t heard the person`s voice myself. Is this normal? are there any indicators in a chart that might point to being able to do this? I have also experienced the same with friends and some colleagues. What i find weird is that it isn`t a huge change in the way they speak but i seem to pick it up anyway. IP: Logged |

I can't say that I've done this since I personally never had tried and or cared to pick up on such subtleties. However, I can say that it would be more of a reading skill rather than sensing, unless it just comes to you. Reading how she acts and what she says when talking to certain genders is based on observation. Perhaps look at what your Mercury is doing and see how it's functioning in your chart. If it is based on perception and sensory abilities, then you should see if Neptune makes any major aspects in your chart. Number 1 planet to go to lol. Also see if Pluto is doing anything, since it can be similar in that way. ------------------

I've noticed it, too. But even animals of other species will react differently. I'm told it's subtle, and I'm not sure how much of that is true, but I do recall life on the farm when me and a male cousin would tease a really cocky rooster and the rooster would actually attack him whereas the rooster just seemed annoyed by me. I'm not saying the rooster was being a gentlemen or any such thing, but it could be that he sensed my cousin's gender and on an instinctual level saw him as competing for the hens or some such. Nothing conscious about it, but sensing that the one teasing him was a male pushed the angry rooster button that made him assert dominance as if my cousin were a male rooster, while my teasing him didn't push those same buttons because he didn't sense maleness and thus didn't feel I was challenging his status. (The point being if gender makes a difference even when it shouldn't, then it's even more likely to play a role when it does, purely on an instinctual level if nothing else, so that even the way we talk to each other on the phone is noticeable.) What about cancer? I have a cancer moon aspecting mercury and neptune is aspecting my moon, sun and mars.

what if I can also sense who they are talking to and about what even if I'm not hearing or not in the same place .. weird but I got used to it I'm doing this to people all the time with no effort also strangers not only people I knowmoon in scorpio mercury in pisces IP: Logged |
