Okay, so the good stuff: You have a lot going on transit-wise in your 11th house so the next year will probably be a great time for meeting new people, trying new things and generally spreading your wings. Neptune will be transiting there for a long time so it's likely that you will meet artistic types.
Jupiter is just entering your loaded 6th house (wow) which tells me that you will probably have good luck in your work and possibly even see monetary gain at the end of the house transit when it hits your natal pluto. 6th house is also health so take extra good care of yourself. Just out of curiosity, is your job in a health related field?
True node has been going through your 5th house which tells me you've probably had a lot of fun this past year. It will soon be entering your 4th house and you will be thinking about your home (moving / buying / relocating - etc). This could also signify your parents / family.
Sun and pluto are transiting your 9th house so I'm going to say that there is either a bit more learning that you will go through (can take the form of job training) or travel, possibly work related (or both).
The only thing I see that makes me nervous is Saturn getting ready to transit your 8th house. While everyone is different, this was a very hard time for me (may not be so bad for you). My advice is pay VERY close attention to your finances. Do not get caught up in debt if you can help it. This may signify that you are going to have to start paying off debt. The good news is that saturn transits aren't too long and if you're disciplined they will work positively for you.
I think this is a great time to spread your wings!
My advice is - being that saturn is natally in your 10th and you have that loaded 6th house - make sure you really love what you do for work because you might end up glued to it.
