Best Transit to quit smoking?

I am desperate to get my mother to quit smoking....she is 70yrs old and has been smoking for over 50yrs!!!

Don't know her birth time exact, but i think her progressed sun is hitting her saturn opp moon aspect (4 degrees). Will this help or hurt her?

Then a couple of years after that her progressed sun hit her natal Pluto opp moon aspect(4degrees).
Will this help or hurt?
