Its something about his personality and looks that is so neptunian imo. He is very good at drawing and takes a lot of good photos. Also a lot of his photos are neptunian like. He tends to hide his face sometimes when taking pics or videos of himself. He mentions dreams and inspiration in a lot of his posts. Also his moon lies in either sag or scorpio. I think it might be in scorpio bc its something private and mysterious about him.

Wow you are good he is actually a sag sun and mercury and jupiter is conjunct both his moon and mercury and squares his mars. Haha i also thought about Libra because he is a little bit into fashion and i think he even makes his own clothes, but you said its something fixed about him which i agree with so what has crossed my mind too is that he might have a scorpio ASC with venus in the first conjunct his ASC.

I think is capricorn too,because of ears,face lenght and eyebrows.stellium in 2 house. Maybe venus in 3 (manual habilities to make beautiful things,clothes). Fit him totally

Oh I love his lip shape, and overall he's absolutely attractive.
Let's see I see some water in his eyes. How about a Cancerian influence? Cancer Mars, perhaps? I would have guessed a Pisces or cancer Moon (those dreamy eyes) if I hadn't been told it was in sagi or Scorpio. About his Sun, he could be a Gemini, yes, and also Virgo or Capricorn. I see some earth in him too.
I would say he might be a Capricorn rising with Neptune in it, hence the dreamy appearance. Then the Cancer influence in him would also be perceived through his 7th house.
