I've known this guy for 15 years, we've always been really good friends, have a ton in common, have always kind of come back to each other when any other relationships aren't working out, we've never dated, never officially been together but have always talked about how we should be together.

So the past year and a half, we've been talking pretty much every single day and he was really flirty, always giving me compliments and wanting to see me. I was pushing off hanging out with him for a really long time because at the time I was dating someone else. Well I finally hung out with him and one thing lead to another and we ended up hooking up. Keep in mind, we've hooked up before, like when we first met and for a few years after that so it's nothing new, it's just been a long time since it's happened. Ever since that day, which was about a month ago, he's been acting differently towards me. He still talks to me everyday, he initiates conversation, etc but he doesn't give me compliments anymore, isn't as flirty, isn't wanting to hang out all the time anymore and that's where I'm confused. It's like he got what he wanted and is done or something but then occasionally will say something about a future with me still. I called him out on it and he said that he doesn't want anything to change, etc but why is he acting so different now?

I've read a lot about Scorpio's and how they are on/off when they like someone but this is really confusing me. Does anyone have any advice, experiences with dealing with Scorpio men?

That doesn't really tell us why, but that's the impression I get.

He has a Venus/Uranus conjunction in Sagittarius, in contrast with a Pisces Moon in the 8H. Seems like a clash between wanting a deep, committed bond (especially with all that Scorpio) versus the desire for freedom and independence.

Your Saturn is right on his Venus as well, emphasizing the "seriousness" -- perhaps he's wondering if he really wants to take the next step with you, and the consequences that will have.

Clearly there's a lot of attraction here, but also some challenges, especially the Mars square Mars in synastry and the Moon square Uranus and Mars square Saturn in the composite. Closeness vs freedom; and perhaps bad timing could be prominent themes here.

Everything you said makes complete sense. Especially the closeness vs. freedom and bad timing. Both of us have struggled a lot in other relationships because of our want/need for freedom. Also, our timing has always been off too, it just never seems to be right for us to give this a shot. I guess I'll just wait and see what happens.
