Venus is what we love. Venus is what we find pleasing. It is our “tastes” in music, clothes, home decor and that which we find pleasing in the personal mannerisms of others. You will see that each House which holds Venus will impart distinct traits. Each sign will, as well.

Venus in the Houses
1st House

This native will take time with her appearance. She, probably, will not run to the store in a ratty T shirt. She will, likely, be refined. She will likely have a refined sense of humor, as well.Venus in the first house confers beauty on the native, as well.

2nd House

This native has a particular need for material security. Her home would, likely, be well maintained i.e neat. One may be able to pop in at ANY time, without giving her a heart attack.( I can tell you NOT to do this with an earth void)

It is the House of Higher Education, as well as the House of Astrology.

10th House

This native values his social position. He may have had a loving relationship with his dad. He values the trait of hard work. He must respect those with whom he shares his life. If he does not respect you, you will find yourself politely ushered to the front door and will hear it click behind you.

11th House

This native values her contributions to the larger world. She will, likely, be part of charities or causes which hold meaning for her.

GREAT question and one I can answer cuz I have a Venus in Gemini in the 9th House

Well, we have an overlay of the Saggi Venus like on a dress that has a solid base, so to speak, like a bridesmaid dress and then a gossamer overlay piece.
