I just finally woke up from around 15 false awakenings that culminated with a sleep paralysis. That was horribly intense and im too scared to sleep again. I felt dead and unable to get back to reality for a long time. False awakenings are remarkably vivid dreams in which you think you’ve woken up. Only to then later realize that you were, or still are, asleep the whole time. And like dreams generally, they can range from being fairly mundane to quite distressing.
This happened to me before multiple times but being so used with sleep paralysis, i didnt give it much thought. I kept waking up in my room, everything is normal, until something very random and different happened each time. Then i would be like wtf this is a dream and i would wake up again and again thinking its reality. Surprise its not.
Oh my fffffffk god In the last false awakening i fell... and the dream froze. It froze with me almost falling and then everything went pitch black and i felt that nice falling back into my body while im paralyzed. Im not freaking out anymore or screaming because im so used to this **** . I was 2 and remember unable to scream while paralyzed in this tunnel... yeah tell me whats new. It took a long time to load my soul back in this body and for a moment it froze again and i thought i was dead..... I have Neptune conjunct Mars Im not worried or experiencing horrible emotions right now. Im not way too tired. I had a period in which i would sleep all good... no dreams... but i would get the sleep paralysis and feel like im falling back in my body from 999,999,000,000,000 miles away at a huge speed. Then when im 100% loaded i wake up. Hello 1am! Its usually around 1-2. Anyway i did some research and i ended up with microsleeping and narcolepsy. but. I just want to understand this and control it to not be so frequent. Even if im like this since i was a freakin baby. I could write much more but i dont want this long. Neptune is dreams, uranus is the brain energy influx. Have anything interesting with these two and got sleeping problems? How do you cope?

So sorry about your troubles. But thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have an 8H Pisces moon, apex of t-square with Neptune and Mars. I used to get dreadful sleep paralysis as a teenager, but it's mostly gone. But I just had that false awakenings thing the other day. I woke up several times before I actually woke up, and I don't remember it ever happening quite so drastically before. Actually at one point that did become a mild form of sleep paralysis. It wasn't scary, just annoying. "I want to get UP, dammit!" but I couldn't get my body to move. I was aware of being sleepy, went back into that deep sleep, climbed out "awake", realized I was dreaming, "woke up" again, realized I was dreaming, etc. I'm having fuzzy-headedness a lot lately. Making really idiotic typing mistakes, worse than Mercury Rx, as if I just blanked out or was running on autopilot for a few seconds there. Maybe something is in the air? Pallas transiting conjunct Neptune in Pisces? The orb is still wide though. IP: Logged |

Yeah, Neptune/Uranus conjunct are squared my Moon. Funny about Alice in Wonderland.. my moon is also conjunct the asteroid Alice. I have often said that my dream life is almost as important to me as my waking life, the dreams just pour out of me with extreme detail and they seem to go on forever. So I kept a dream blog for 7 years, now I don't even bother because it takes so much time to write them out, unless they are particularly interesting. Sometimes the dreams cause me stress and make me not want to sleep, I have a TON of dreams about possession and haunted houses. But much of the time, it seems like I could sleep forever because I love dreaming so much. I will literally spend my day off waking up and going back to sleep, especially when it rains. There are a lot of nights where the entire night is spent restless and waking up / going back to sleep and dreaming, continuing dreams, and then the day after I'll be sleep deprived and then waking life feels like a dream. The place that I work even has the word 'dream' in it. LolReminds me of this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8uIfLIWflI Anyway I wish you luck with this. For me I just ended up embracing being sleep deprived almost all the time, like living in a different world. but I'm also crazy. Oh, I have also found that nightmares correlate to being dehydrated or having to pee. I hope that helps you.. ^_^ IP: Logged |

not sure if sharing my experience does anything but why notmy one and only experience of sleep paralysis took place on the day that I played basketball for like literally 6 hours (I was like 14..oh how i miss those days!!) Being absolutely exhausted, I immediately went to sleep. Not sure how many hours had passed but I woke up but for some reason I was unable to move at all. After noticing that I was unable to move, I felt a creepy lady laughing right next to my right ear. I could see my room but I was unable to see the lady, although I could clearly hear her Being young and fearless, for whatever reason, I was more annoyed than scared. So I got to my maximum level of anger, and I yelled to it, 'you best leave me the **** alone, other wise i m gonna tell god how you bothered the crap out of me and hes going to punish you!!' ( I was very religious back then) Whatever it was, I felt it leave/run away. I never got sleep paralysis ever again since. I think its been almost 12~15 years since then IP: Logged |

Wow, that's interesting... it's like a sleep paralysis but lucid dream at the same time I think these kind of dreams happens quiet at random... I also experienced my first sleep paralysis a couple months ago and I'm 27 btw I dreamed that I woke up in my bed because a cat was crawling on me, and I just thought "oh what a sweet cat, let me sleep again", but then I was like "wait a minute, I dont have a cat, this is weird!!" and it seriously felt like the cat was coming closer and closer, but I couldn't move, but then I suddenly woke up, just to find myself in another sleep paralysis... this time I felt like I woke up in a different persons body and in another persons room as well...I could hear a dog nearby who got angry, probably because it could feel that its owner was being taking over :P So I felt really afraid that the dog might attack me, but I still couldn't move, so it was really scary... the dog began to bark louder and louder and then finally I woke up in real life!!! I'm a virgo with stellium in 6th house, and got a T-square from Moon in pisces opposite Mars in virgo, square 6th house capricorn Uranus.... And also my Mercury in libra squares neptune in 6th house exact (the tightest aspect in my whole chart) I got many sleep problems and I am extremely sensitive towards everything, so for me it's really about reducing my stress...I use a great deal of reading about psychology and meditation to try to learn how to relax, maybe that would help you (ilunatique) too?

I've been having extremely vivid dreams all my life, and a few times I would say it was not a dream, it felt so real. Even though I know it was a dream. It's said that you are not supposed to be able to read text clearly if you're in a dream. Well, I had dreams where I could. In one dream I realised I'm in this house with furniture from the beginning of the 20th century-ish, it was so real, so I said let's read the newspaper on the table to see what year it was. I don't remember the date but I saw the letters so clearly. Then I thought, hey, this is a dream so I shouldn't be able to have this clarity. And then the letters started floating around lol.I don't have many sleep paralisys experiences, but the few I had were creepy enough, with feeling some dark creature watching me. I also had a weird sexual one, that was really strange. My issues are mainly with waking up with extremely strong feelings (like fear) sometimes after dreams, and it just stays with me for a long time. It's like energy stuck in the body and I'm experimenting with ways of getting rid of it, like some visualisation techniques. Otherwise I love my vivid dreams, I'm getting a lot of inspiration out of them. Recently all I want is sleep anyway... I have Mercury sq Neptune, Neptune in the 4th, Uranus on the IC in the 3rd. Have you tried guided meditation? They have a lot for better quality sleep.I have Neptune conjunct Uranus, and Neptune conjunct Mercury. I have the most intense sleep paralysis ever. I start convulsing and I stop breathing. I experience the hallucinations too. I don't have it often though. IP: Logged |

still havnt found the answer yet to existence some pressing understandings, to make you feel compressed like a book page. squashed. they say to find the truth, you need an even balance of finishing ideas, to starting to new ones. one too much in either direction is black (the end) or white ( no beginning) but they say when you muster up and build enough magic eye, to take your hand and arrow and even balance of said potential and shoot it as far as you can into the unknown ethic of existence and hope it travels far enough to peirce into enough info to give some kind of a definition. to what is. though it will never travel enough length to get the true answer. it gets the flow of all but just like pi3.14 it won't see the final result. if you want to know the final result, the full 3.14 pi, all existence has it inherently felt in the heart. if you love and know with your heart you understand. you understand the full 3.14 pi of what is IP: Logged |
