@angelicthe pisces/virgo axis is one of service to others, sometimes sacrificing one's own health for the sake of helping other. The NN in Gemini, brings lessons in the area of how the person chooses to let on a mental process. when saturn is conjunct the SN, there's more emphasis on the talents the person is born with as well as those traits being deeply rooted in the person by the treatment they received as an infant/the family environment (as personally I for instance don't believe in reincarnation to connect it to the nodes). A pluto in 12th person is often very spirituality aware, and when pluto squares the nodes, life lessons will definitely involve creating a balance between where you should give up control, and where you shouldn't, with the 9th/3rd houses involved, again the person will benefit from great universal knowledge coming their way. so who do they choose to listen to? They may often ask themselves, because they ultimately wanna know whom they must serve and which side they must dedicate themselves to. when chiron is conjunct saturn, its effect pretty much gets overshadowed by saturn, specifically since it's a bit of saturn's nature itself, but again saturn may help balance the extra emotional part of chiron. Here saturn conjunct chiron in the 6th might actually keep the person from becoming too sacrificing.

girlwithrainysoul thankyou, saturn conjunct south node makes perfect sense. They did have an abusive childhood and help the victims along the similar lines. There is a sense of sacrifice for greater good , stemming from a personal guilt of not being of service enough, yet having the logic to say no without being too sacrficing. Thanks again

you're welcome angelic it's interesting because I know a man with saturn conjunct NN in the 6th, opposite chiron in the 12th, and he's had an abusive childhood as well. his saturn/NN are also conjunct his moon exact, and sometimes it surprises me to see how he gets caught up in endless loops of strange relationships with women/mother figures. must be his path and his life lessons.
