Which would be good to have and which should definitely be avoided? I'm thinking in terms of heavily red flags... like really tense aspect you should never have with your boss or co-workers? :PMy own guess would be that Mercury is important right? Nice mercury aspect would make it easier to exchange ideas, and thats what you do on the job (most jobs) And what would you think about really badly aspected mars, saturn or pluto?? Or uranus? Jupiter/Venus.Mars is also good depending on the venture. For short-term Mercury is excellent. Even starting during a retrograde cycle. IP: Logged |

Why jupiter/venus? And all aspects including the harsh ones? My Boss' Mars in Aries conjuncts my moon, squares my saturn, uranus and jupiter and opposites my sun/mars - is this good or bad? IP: Logged |

Well, I'm one of those who thinks the Conjunction is a good aspect... it brings together your career motivation with your boss' disciplination and eye for routine... it would be a great match imo IP: Logged |

Are you asking what aspects would help in making a business partnership successful? Or, what general compatibility?Jupiter/Venus for financial success. Jupiter/Venus care both benefics so all aspects should be beneficial. Uranus if you're working in technology, or innovation. Neptune for music, drawing, and conceptual arts. Mars to help if in a competitive field with lots of competitors. IP: Logged |

My husband and I have lots of Jupiter aspects (Venus including) and we also have a lot of Saturn/Capricorn influences. We work GREAT together and we really respect each other's thoughts and inputs. We trust each other in business ventures! Having said this I need to add that we DO fight We both like money as a form of security (Taurus Moon Cap decan + Cap Moon Taurus decan) and we both know what needs to be done to get there. We are not the couple that will lie and say that "money doesn't buy happiness" when we both know full well that it does. This need for security drives us to set aside personal issues and concentrate on business. People that see us work together would never guess that we are married. There are ZERO feelings at work. He has Aries Mercury and I, Cancer. IP: Logged |

7th house aspects or their personal planets plus Jupiter falling therein. What to look out for? Their Mars or to a lesser extent Mercury falling in your 12th house. From there look at inner aspects. ------------------ A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step...Lao Tzu IP: Logged |

Best: Easy Jupiter and easy Saturn aspects. Jupiter trine, sextile and conjunction. Saturn trine and sextile. Tolerable or workable: hard Jupiter (square or opposition). Saturn conjunction. Avoid: hard saturn (square or opposition), hard pluto (square or opposition or conjunction). Let's not forget hard Neptune which can have one person being swindled by the other. ETA: In a business relationship, most parties are going to have a combination of the above. You have to determine which aspects are stronger and weaker. IP: Logged |
