How would one with Leo Mercury in the 3rd House express himself differently/similarly to a 1st House Pisces Mercury native with Gemini Mars in the 3rd?

Mercury is happy in the 3rd house and more or less thrives.
Gemini in the third is more spent energy in that it is not as constructive (scattered) in the 3rd compared to Mercury.

The similarities of these Mercury placements will be confidence in self-expression. Leo Mercury is outspoken and likes to tell truth as it is. Pisces Mercury is more sensitive in how it communicates, it cares about people. Word = weapon for Pisces so this Mercury will be careful with words, truth if it hurts will not be the most important thing to this person. But Pisces Mercury because it is in 1H can talk first and think later this would be more true if Mercury is closer to the start of 1H.

I keep imagining a preacher/Jehowah witness etc )) when I think about this combination (1H Mercury Pisces with Mars Gemini in 3H), although I would prefer to see Mercury in Gemini and Mars in Pisces there, this would fit them more.
