I do admit I look for fun , excitement over intimacy and I can be quite fickle if I don't feel secure with that person. I need to know that person is committed but I think this is also my venus being conjunct to my midheaven(10th house) which probably gives it more of a Capricorn vibe.

my ex husband venus in gemini, moon in aries sun in taurus. he never cheated in 9 years, no that I a aware of.

I have never cheated per se. I am loyal as loyal can be (very fixed - aqua moon, too), I will put up with a lot and give second and third and fourth chances if things aren't working.

I'm a fighter in that I fight for my loyalty to turn it around. But if things go past the point of no return in a love relationship, my head has been turned by attention or friendship in the past.

I've never acted on it in a sense of cheating; but I have taken it as a really strong signal that the fight has gone and it's time to call time on the relationship.

if that were the case, astrology would be so simple.

humans are systems and all the signs, aspects, rulers aspects, transits, progressions and so on interact in a unique way depending on many other variables such as age, experiences, value system, culture, etc. how a single variable (venus sign) can predict such complexity? do we really think that the venus sign (isolated from anything else in the chart) can predict the probability of someone cheating?

if the question is about the archetype of venus in gemini (isolated from any other influence in the chart) then gemini is more relaxed about rules. they think one thing today and another tomorrow. they are not FIXED. they are MUTABLE and adaptable and change their minds so often without feeling guilty, they are verbal and AIRY. of course analyzing venus by sign we can say that gemini venus is more likely to lose interest for someone faster than another sign and this may result in EALIER cheating (depending on their moral) or simplyEARLIER dumping. they are less stable and if you do not keep them mentally stimulated, if you are FAT and slow in your thinking, then you lost the game with venus gemini, but cheating is another matter. you can find thousand of examples where the venus gemini is very loyal as many on this thread has described. As I said my ex-husband never cheated on me. he found me mentally brilliant and I am slim and very verbal (moon-mercury in gemini). we kept conversations for hours and always had something new to say. he never got bored about talking with me.
