Topic: only knowing month&sign

I am trying to get better at astrology so I have taken a subject on! I know his month and sign (January/cap ) and year but nothing else! To make it more challenging Venus and merc are exactly conjunct in sagg and then in cap in the span of possibilities! Now I feel like figuring out the moon sign via using my own natal and how it would effect me would be useful... Does anybody have any experience testing this stuff out? I'm pretty positive his rising is in fire as he always wears a silk orange button down dress shirt or red colors or purple while carrying a leather man purse.IP: Logged |

yup if you gave me a picture of just the person, no added info, actually i'd need the city where they were born, but besides those, i could find out their exact time of birth within 30 minutes (30 minutes is a difference of your asc being 7.5 degrees, 7.5 libra - 15 libra) so that is pretty tight. takes tons of work though. maybe even like a week with a couple hours a day. besides this, there isn't really a solid way to know. try to find their moon sign, but then again i think the house overshadows the sign, so they might be an aries moon in the 12th house, so they might seem more like a pisces moon, which complicates it IP: Logged |

i'd use astrotheme searches. i'd find out of all the moon houses, which one they looked like the most. and out of all the moon signs, which one the most. IP: Logged |

wait .. is it really possible there is a trusted way to find out the rising sign without having the birth time? I did a lot of research on that but without any beneficial resultI usually rely on my gut feelings or (look alike someone I know) method and usually it's right or near but sometimes it's difficult

well if you threw out a handful of shapes, you would be able to pick out all the "red triangles" the same for deciphering this, they have key expressions for each rising, each sun house, each sun sign. you find them out by grouping 10+ in a group. notice the expression. now you compare the person in question with each group (all 12 sun houses, or all 12 risings) and hopefully you will find a fit. it is possible, and i guess methodical (has a bit of science/math/logic component) but you need a really keen eye and analytical mind. perhaps strong saturn. perhaps start here : http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/236649.html if you cant notice even a subtle difference between each rising.. then this may not be for you. here if you want to notice a more powerful difference: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/237157.html Scroll all the way down until there is pics. there i show the differences between the sun in houses. which is much easier to tell. sorry it might get creepy now that i am showing astro effects almost like..
