Hi,

I had a friend ask me how this new moon would affect her pisces placements - now when i look up her chart (with birth time) Pisces is her Descendant and unaspected at 14.49. Any advice as to what to say to her? I don't know a lot about descendants and I'm still learning how transits effect various planets, etc.
