Yeah, I was just thinking of this energy some people put off that would make a great weight trainer. Sun trine mars does it. Sometimes you can just feel it in the air.

Maybe dependent on where it hits your chart as well.

Sun in libra square Mars in cancer. He was a coworker of mine who was a licensed social worker, he motivated me to go back to school and finish my masters degree. He was really good at believing in others and motivating them... He truly believed in people like more than anybody I have come across before.

I agree 100%!

I would add that more specifically Jupiter too. Well, I'm my case at least. I have Jupiter conjunct ascendant with 10th house mars Which helps.

Aries placements (Sun, moon, AC, MC)

jupiter in 7th people

but I agree with all fire signs/placements

Well in the example I gave he has Sun square Mars in cardinal signs and cardinal signs are about taking initiative and been leaders, further reinforced by the nature of mars that is about taking action..

He has has Jupiter in Sag like me and I feel this placement tends to be optimistic and believe in others too..

BUT NO I don't think you have to have a fire sign although you can argue that sun square mars is an aspect that involves fire (i.e. mars) even though they are in cardinal signs Libra (which invests a lot of energy unto others and he is a counselor) and cancer (which is very nurturing, he always kept food around for everyone in the office including his clients).

Also his chart ruler is mercury in libra which trines his mars in cancer out of sign by 7d so he used his words to motivate others. Mars is action, cancer is nourishment, libra is others, mercury communication.
