I would really appreciate any advice on this matter as in my novice state my understanding is quite elementary.

It's an internet based retail business with a high fashion focus, I'm really trying to conquer some uncharted territory and be a leader in my chosen specialty.
I've avoided as many retrogrades as possible (bar uranus)
Moon is not void of course, making nice aspects to jupiter saturn and uranus where possible.
I've read that an earth sign moon is important for staying power, but a strong ascendant is possibly more important? Ie libra or taurus for venus rulership? Also venus is libra seems necessary?
Is this kite formation especially desirable?
Or venus conjunct midheaven - it also seems to be very auspicious?
