Top row are libra moons, bottom row are scorp moons, that is the criteria.

He has venusian features, but that may relate to his Taurus sun. I'd say Scorpio moon because of the eyes. They are a bit hidden.

The thick eyebrows may also point to Scorpio. Especially combined with the eyes.

if he has a libra moon, it might actually be well conjunct his pluto! making it scorpionic

the scorpio moons I know often have this dead/blank/robot look in their eyes, when they're feeling normal, other times the eyes look very dark and intense

this guy tough, I don't get much intenseness

any guesses on the rising sign?

wow this is an interesting observation!

I have two cousin (siblings) with scorpio moon, both are born with thick eyebrows, it's like their eyes are naturally hidden

other times they hide them with caps and dark shades (this guy wears them often)

My eyebrows are thick and I have always been told I have a piecing eyes or look as if I am looking threw someone. It can intimidate most people or set them at ease? A scorpio venus guy I know loves it but I avert my eyes until I am ready to let someone close to me. Haha, I do wear shades but it is more like the sun hurts my eyes.

Anyway, my moon is in Libra conjunct pluto in my first house. I think I can pick up or read people right readily, I've doubted this in the past because logically I am not in the other person's body but usually, I just kinda get things without even having to ask.

Libra moon.

Some scorpio moon eyes I know seems like a look of sad/lazy or mellow eyes and often they will try to hide or shy away their eyes intensity in a photo.

If you know their social media, they will rarely update theirs and if you know them close, they will feel very much uncomfortable if you ask them a lot of questions.

I know a Libra moon conjunct pluto, the way her eyes look into a camera is like this.
