As a Libra sun and stellium that has done this, I'll say that the most important part is figuring out what's really you and your values, and what you're programmed to think is you and your values. Furthermore, the cognitive dissonance that virtually everyone displays needs to be resolved as these will tear you apart (I think that while many people "switch channels" between inconsistent modes of thought without even being aware of their doing so, Libra is one of the signs that tries to find a balance between them which can create a lot of turmoil because they act as if the inconsistent modes of thought are equally true and try to make sense of how they both can be at the same time which makes it more stressful than most everyone else who simply isn't even consciously aware of the inner-conflict to begin with).

Easier said than done, of course. Culture and such will genuinely shape who you are, as well as instill mental programs that you are pressured to act upon and encourage cognitive dissonance in you. Rooting out the programming that warp your genuine self is very difficult. But that you'd even try would put you ahead of most others, Libra and otherwise.
