Hey guys,I was reading about nodal transits. But I am not quite understanding how this works. Are we looking at aspects the transiting true node makes to your natal planets or is it viceversa? Specifically, I am trying to find when/how to calculate my node squares my venus. (my chart: http://i.imgur.com/Px9Q5WW.gif) IP: Logged |

From what I understand, transits either way would make a difference - I'm not sure about which way you mean, but certainly Venus squares the nodes a lot more frequently than the transiting nodal axis.There may be a better way of working out when the square will happen, but I tend to simply input dates on astro.com on the natal and transits option, and toggle it until it's close. Just remember that Nodes (usually) go clockwise, unlike the rest of the planets  Edit to add: Going by your chart, it looks like the nodes will be square your natal Venus in 3-4 years time, roughly. Hey Stellia,Awesome. So as you said I was trying to toggle the dates on astro.com to see when the square happens. I actually wasn't sure if it was transiting Node or the transiting Venus that would make an impact. But you're right, a transiting Venus would certainly happen more often. Do you have any experience with knowing if these are the periods that could indicate meeting important people in your life? IP: Logged |

I just used freeware Astrolog to find that the transiting Nodes square your natal Venus in February 2021. Astrolog is light, basic software that can be used even when you are not web connected.------------------
