How you predict in what period of the year some activity will happen by looking at Solar return chart and combine it with Natal?

If it's a dramatic/major event it can be around your birthday (when you get the new SR) or start to feel it 3 months before. Otherwise, I'm not sure you can predict when during the year something will occur, unless it's specifically related to one area of life you are anticipating something to happen at a certain time.

You can see possibility that something will happen, good or bad as well. But depends on you how you will grab that chance or be careful not something to happen. Just like in transits, there's no batter prediction than when you look at transits and solar return together.

I'm good with transits but less with SR period predictions. One method I know is when you combine Natal and SR, always pay attention only on conjunctions, connect it with those two planets and signs and SR house. To calculate time of possible happening, calculate degrees of that house and divide it with 12 (months), then count until you reach the planet degree. Like, let's say SR Venus in 5th conjunct Natal Mars. SR house has 24 degrees/12=2degrees each month. Venus is at 10th degree of the house, and your birthday is let's say on March 15th. Some passion, romance can happen in August. Then also look at that period in transits..

That's a REALLY interesting theory, thanks!! So you kind of knew the answer to your own question! I guess it works on the aspects that show major events, at the corrected location. My upcoming SR chart shows Part of Fortune on my natal Sun-Moon midpoint if I travel to Asia (+ SR Vertex conj natal DESC and SR DESC). It's right in the middle of SR 10th house, and this is the point in time (midway through my SR) that I'm expecting a significant meeting to occur. Another great insight into astrology!!!

Oh it's very spicy! It can give you a stomachache if you're not careful.

I know a lot of people who can't eat Thai food. Anyway I would spent 2 months there, maybe even more, so to see all the beautiful temples and places! My user name tells a lot.
