These are from a synastry chart between someone who I have been friends with since childhood. She and I went to grade school together yet we are still in contact to this day.

Her Saturn - 21°47'37" N

My Mars - 22°58'59" N

My Moon - 21°24'59" S'

Her Moon - 22°29'29" S

My Saturn - 21°30'57" S

Her True Node - 22°24'28" S

Composite

Venus - 23°16'20" N

Sun - 22°34'36" N

No, not in parallel. Too wide with an orb of 1°12'. That would be a bit out of orb for a natal chart. With synastries and composites, we use tightened orbs, since the former is actually a transit chart to your natal positions, and the latter a collection of midpoints. I use +/-5° orbs for both, 1° for declination, except for luminaries, which could go 6-8° max, and 1°30' in declinations.

Yes, these are parallel. Orb = 1°04', within range for the Moon.

Yes, these are parallel. Orb = 0°53'.

Yes, those are parallel. Orb = 0°32'.

Thanks but would these even matter if there aren't any aspects between the planets?

Parallels and contra-parallels are aspects. So it does not matter if there are no aspects between them in longitude (zodiac).

Would I read them as conjunctions and oppositions?

Parallels can be interpreted the same as conjunctions.

I didn't think it was possible to have Moon conjunct Saturn in synastry and composite.
