I looked at his progressions and lo and behold, astrology never ceases to amaze me. Progressed Saturn is right to the point on his natal Sun, while progressed Mars is on his natal Saturn.

I thought him too ill tempered and fiery for a usually mild and even tempered Virgo. He really knows how to throw his toys out the cot. Yikes!!.

Mercury/Venus in Libra are usually very agreeable positions. But the likely opposition with the Moon/True node in Aries may have contributed to Bill being extreme anf rubbing people up the wrong way.

Then there is Jupiter in Cap tine Sun,likely square Moon,Mercury,Venus and widely opposing Mars. Someone who thinks that their opinion is the only one that counts. And may even think that saying cutting things is them being "honest"

Jupiter can have an air of moral pomposity and self righteousness. And i wonder if that Sun/Pluto exact semi-sextile aspect contributed to him coming across as really arrogant and domineering?(Pluto in Leo)

I see that trans Jupiter is in retrograde Libra and conjuncts his Mercury. Trans Pluto also squares Mercury and trines Sun.I also wouldn't rule out an aspect of trans Pluto to Moon and Uranus to Moon.

Juno in Leo conjunct Pluto is indicative of a very domineering approach towards commitment. I wonder if he is married? And if the partner has a strong fixed sign chart?

It is also indicative of someone who fights for injustice and equality. But with Leo therein, there tends to be a "I know whats best for everyone" approach(at worst).

He has the look of a Scorpio rising with the eyes and eyebrows as well as face shape (and the political ideology analysis in the link fits a conservative Catholic to a tee, which he is), and Pluto on the midheaven can manifest as a polarizing figure (which he is), as well as his sexual harassment (Pluto, ruler of sexual Scorpio, at the midheaven, which is a career indicator). Scorpio rising does give him Aries Moon, conjunct the North Node, which is a strong indicator of social conservatism when not overcome by Neptune and South Node aspects (it isn't).

What? He sexually harassed women, and so did "not my president". Trump actually grabbed them, too. Have you ever been treated that way?

I don't deny that the links above are about awful things - but so is what I mentioned. Of course rump was going to reward him for such behaviour.

Looking at the image above the sum of his natal lunar phase and his progressed lunar phase gives a Sun-Moon square when making a composite of his natal and progressed chart (an underestimated progressed tool). If he's born at 18:50 pm the square would be EXACT to the minute. It then also gives him an exact (within 1 deg now) Moon-Venus opposition at 26 libra/Aries natally + pSaturn conj his nSun by 2 min.

yes, your discovery of the natal-progression composite is astonishing.
You know, I just checked the composite of my natal and progressions for the day me and him started our relationship , and then I checked his charts, and guess what ...in BOTH of our respective Composites, we both had a Full Moon at the onset of the relationship. His was 2 degrees applying, mine was 2 degrees separating...I wonder if the separating Full Moon in my Composite is valid, but then again, it must be because it started something important. So, yeah, we both had a Moon Sun opposition in our respective Composites.

Hmmm.... Well, Mars in Leo women were not particularly shy about showing their intentions towards me when they were interested, but that doesn't mean they flashed me or anything... Leo does have some class, after all... They rank high on my list of Mars (especially either conjunct my moon or sextile my sun).
