Jupiter is where we have great faith,make leaps and bounds.And are seldom sure of where restrictions are.It is the planet of "excess" and this is not always a good thing. When in 8th, it can be fortunate as the sudden fluctuations that are affiliated with the 8th house, are managed through positive thinking, a "can do" attitude and faith. So Jupiter in 8th can look at what others would consider a catastrophe i.e filing bankruptcy and losing friends in social standing etc. As a chance to start over; a clean slate or chance to expand elsewhere. Jupiter in this house first manifests as attutude i.e I can do this. And then the universe supports this outlook with tangible benefits when they pull out of crises even more optimistic or go through a loss than results in unexpected spiritual benefits etc. If Jupiter is badly afflicted, there could be too much gambling with ones money/life and tempting fate. Maybe even a tendency to underestimate the thorough effects of a death/crises. But usually, even with this said , Jupiter in 8th usually has others left to deal with the mess i.e maybe they quickly pass on leaving a legacy of gambling debts. I see  well I also have Venus, Mercury and North Node in the 8th house. Do you think it would be a bad idea for me to accept loans for school? There is a school that is offering me a loan for a lot of money. IP: Logged |

Would you be able to pay it back?Jupiter/Venus there may not see any complications with paying the loan back(especially in Aries). But if Mercury is in Taurus, it may take the punches as they come. The Nodal axis there may suggest having to learn to rely on others financially. Perhaps balancing out your more self sufficient nature? It ties in well with Venus here too. Problems may arise with paying it back when Saturn/Pluto/Uranus in aspect to Jupiter in Aries-as this may suggest some turbulence in the financial area. Saturn in aspect to Jupiter hikes interest and slows down back payments for instance. Uranus may have the money used up for something completely unrelated and unforeseen but very necessary . And Pluto square may surface certain hidden disclaimers and clauses that you didn't know existed or were there. Have Pluto and Uranus passed through Jupiter yet? IP: Logged |

It's a loan for about $7,000 for school I wouldn't be able to afford to go without taking the loan. But they offer job placement afterwards so I would have a job. My Mercury is in Aries as well how do I go about seeing whether or not Pluto and Uranus have passed through Jupiter? I'm still learning sorry.

What I meant there by "passing through Jupiter" is transits.If you go on astro.com, you will find a "chart of the day". I think Pluto is 19Cap, Uranus at 25Aries and Jupiter Lib15 Check to see where your Aries planets are i.e are they around these points or still ahead. If Mercury is 18 deg Aries in your chart for instance, Pluto in Cap 19- squares it. If Mercury is in 27 deg Aries in your chart, Uranus in Aries conjuncts it If Mercury is 13 Deg Aries, Jupiter in Libra 15 Deg opposes it etc. IP: Logged |

I do not have jupiter in the 8th, but saggitarious with ruler of 8th conjunct 5th cusp from 4ht house by one degree orb. I can identify absolutely with the above statments and actually i am going through a similar situation when lost of status and starting over from scratch with such an excitement as i can see the potential of new explorations... i have no afflictions to jupiter thankfully and it is trine widely saturn and sextile mars-sun and widely venus and ascendant. Sorry, I finally found time to watch the video. I think by sexual he means a person who needs sex more than others. If you don't feel like you need an intimate relationship then 5H will definitely not explain why. Sagittarius on the cusp of 5H. Jupiter in Aries, ruler of 5H is in 8H. Jupiter sextiles Moon and Mars, conjuncts Mercury and North Node. First of all I think that apart from 5H cusp sign, its ruler, the aspects and house placement of the ruler, you should also look at the Sun too (same things: sign, house, aspects) because Sun is the significator of 5H for all of us. I can assume that a strong Sun will make your 5H strong too resulting in unhindered self-expression. With ruler of 5H in 8H self-expression is restricted because it's the house of transformation, going deeper to discover your true self hence the mention of sex (small death and rebirth in orgasm)) sort of a transformation). So this is where the notion of restriction comes from - to express love and open up more you need to first connect on some deeper level. But this does not have to mean 'deep soul connection to another person' NO In matters of romance you might just first have sex and only then connect deeper and take the relationship to the next level, not the other way round. And if this is not how it actually works in life for you (maybe you do not like the idea sleeping too fast with a guy?) then things will take a bit longer to progress (longer process of courting you for a guy). Because you asked about being sexual, to answer this question I suggest you look at many other things in your chart. Sun and Mars for temperament. The overall balance of elements. Aspects to sexual planets (Sun and Mars for women), etc etc there's a alot to take into account. In regards to 5H, you could say that yes, you're sexual because the ruler is Jupiter - expansion. Where does expansion take place? 8H - the house of sex (the question is about sex), in the sign of Aries - passionate and uninhibited; and this ruler is really so well aspected, so you are not cold in love, faar from it. But then you Have to look at Moon and Venus too! Aspects, placements by sign and house etc etc. See? 5H on its own is really, really not enough to say you're sexual. Sorry if I'm not clear throughout.
