I think with Mars in Capricorn it doesn't always mean guaranteed success with career. I think this is a blanket stereotype with Capricorn in general.

I think with Mars in Capricorn it's more, whatever the MiC native decides is important to them and worth pursuing (which could be their career aspirations), their MiC will give them the stamina, strength and fortitude to see it through.

There's an air of competence to someone with MiC you can just feel. They seem solid and unflappable. Like water rolling off a duck's back if disaster were to strike. That "don't worry it'll get done" type of attitude. It CAN seem very cold and ruthless to those that don't understand this mentality, and some might misinterpret it as not caring, but the MiC native is just so confident in their abilities they are unfazed.
