I thought it was a pretty good idea but it got me curious. What in someone's chart would make them fear change?

I'm personally always up for change being a Sun-Uranus person. I kind of know why people hate change but I don't completely understand such an irrational fear.

Strong fixed sign chart may resist change-especially when Taurus strong.

negative signs see a beautiful natural scenery. positive signs see trees, sunlight, something they might climb. well im just saying they have different preferences. not to discourage you from trying that new set as it might be better

but one might have a mess that is actually really useful if you get into it. another might prefer perfect regular order.

This. I am resistant to change, unless it's something that I find exciting. I have Uranus all over my chart, and Saturn square my Mercury, as well as Pluto and Jupiter (Pluto is my chart ruler).

In terms of the morning shift people I don't think it's a fear of change. IF I come home and see my room isn't how I left it and stuff moved around I would be angry. There's an expectation of how things should be and how I want it.

I know the job space is different but I think that can be applied. People have their own ways of doing things and people may not understand the logic unless it's explained to them. This doesn't mean that will agree or even disagree but making decisions for others without their input is a no no.

I agree with @Aries23Degree:
I think most people don't like change when it's imposed on them, when they don't have a choice, and when it doesn't give them enough time to adjust or plan for these things.

I don't think it's an automatically a fixed energy thing but I feel lots of fixed energy dominant people definitely feel this way. Me included.

I have Venus in Gemini, too, and hated moving around so much when I was younger. Then I got stuck where I am now. I wanted to move almost twenty years ago, but every time I've tried to get out, something has prevented it.

I mainly enjoy change because I cannot stand the idea of being in one state for too long. I get bored and restless and eventually get an urge to do something new. Also, I embrace change because I know it gives you an opportunity to grow and be better.

I know for sure that the change I did with fridge stocking made things easier for people who work during the day. They don't have to re-stock as much and they can focus on serving customers more. That's kinda why I was excited about the whole thing even though my co-worker said it was a bad idea.

I totally get the whole room analogy, but still. For most of my life, in group situations, I've always had unconventional ideas and ways of doing things. People thought my ideas were too crazy, it would never work, blah blah blah, but somehow they do when we try them. I've had teachers tell me before that how I did my assigments we're genius but I need to follow rules more, otherwise I'll get marks off. That always broke my heart.

There's things obviously meant to be changed and things that are not. It's just I'm really surrounded by people who cannot change for the better. It doesn't make sense to me, but I guess like you all said, people like stability and comfortable surroundings than stressing about new ways of doing things.
