do you think other people sense it? and somehow it's involved in bringing about certain connections?

I keep coming into contacts of all sorts with people who have the sun, moon, vertex or AC around 14-15-15 of libra (where the draconic AC is) and opposite it in aries..a few cancer/caps around this degree too but they're not as frequent as libra/aries

my own parents and only sibling have planets (moon/venus) around this degree in libra as well

an ex had aries moon right on here...another ex after him a libra moon on this degree

this degree isn't that close to my sun/moon midpoint and it only trienes my vertex (aries) and sextiles it (libra)

in my tropical natal chart I only have a cap uranus and neptune at 13 and 16, so the only explanation which remains for me is the draconic AC's degree

The D. Ascendant is fascinating - I've seen it described as the way your soul came into this world expecting to get things done.

My D. Asc is in Virgo, conjunct my natal Saturn. I love this irony and contradiction - that on the one hand I'm ordered, methodical and perfectionistic; yet on the other side (Saturn) this is my big weakness - I'm sloppy, and lazy... Although when I do commit, I have an amazing eye for detail.

The attraction thing is especially interesting to me, I have a lot of people with markers around that point. My best friend's D. Asc is conjunct mine nearly exactly (by 4 minutes!) - the conjunction also conjunct his natal venus-mars and my natal Saturn.

It's also conjunct our boss's sun and there are others, too.

I checked, no quintiles or biquintiles to the sun, moon, venus, mars, nodes, eros, psyche

other asteroids wound't be that significant i suppose to bring about this degree (as well as its opposite and squares) in almost every important person in my life

my name asteroid is conjunct my sun, and my nickname conjunct my moon, so makes no q/biq to those either

the last person I was romantically involved with has natal AC at 15 cap

This site (see below!) describes it as the difference between what the soul wanted to get out of this incarnation, and what it actually got.

So for me, my soul wanted a methodical approach to getting stuff done to take me towards the soul path, but I actually landed with an aqua ascendant - so chaos, unpredictability, eccentric instead (must have been a shock ha!)

But then I also have Uranus square the nodes, so getting past this and traumas and finding my own ways to get things done is pulling me towards the north node anyway.

Yes my strongest aspect Draco Jupiter conjunct Uranus conjuncts my Tropic Mercury although by a little under 2d so maybe that does not count.

Draco Mars squares exact my Draco Jupiter conjunct Uranus.

Draco Mercury squares exact my tropic Sun.

I find the Draconic chart fascinating. My best friend has his natal Venus conjunct my Draconic Asc.

I am curious as to what effect someone's natal Venus in Leo will impact my Draconic Dsc?

I have experienced the natal Sun/Moon on my Draconic Ic . It was very sweet.

Interestingly for me, I don't really identify with either the aqua rising type (natal) or the Virgo one, although there are definite aqua signatures in my look - often change appearance dramatically, currently have raven blue hair, love monochrome but trying to break that habit at the moment.

One thing that struck me tho is the reference to amelie in the Virgo style piece - I feel such an affinity with that character - I even referenced the character in my last online dating profile many years ago - so to see her described as a Virgo rising character is fascinating. I do have a strange yearning towards her, how curious!
