All my angles just changed sign. They are currently at 0.01 degree and I still feel aggressive but I also feel "free". I literally just woke up one morning and felt like a new person.

So the answer is no. Even with accurately progressed angles, there is nothing inherently liberating about such a change from one sign to the next, particularly since you have no natal planets at 0° of any sign for any aspect to take place.

Trust me, there's an astrological explanation elsewhere.

'Liberated' and 'stronger' are keywords pointing to Jupiter, possibly Uranus (depending on what is going on in your planetary progressions). Uranus now transits closely trine to the area where I believe your genuine Asc lies. Look into that.

Sometimes?? O boy??? So the 29 degree from somethings that I have read is suppose to be cheated in the fact that it has both energies felt between the sign it is in , the latter degree of ( Virgo for me) and the first approaching aspect of the next sign ( libra) . This confuses me to some degree because my moon is in Libra so I already have a Libra energy , the my progressed Asc would change soon after my birth to add more of a Libra type of energy to me. To some degree, yes I am a relational type person, I think more of a peacemaker or like to be. etc. Yet there is a very feisty side to me that is very protective over my own such as my kids, bills , money and people that I love. Like I never understood how someone could murder another person till I had kids. ( I would hope this is every parent)
