For good long while, I have been struggling with feeling really, really serious to the point that my sense of humor and ability to be funny has become severely crippled. In the past, I used to really take pride in my weird sense of humor and ability to be easily amused. This isn't so much the case anymore.

First off, I think it's Saturn going through my 1st house. I'm not so sure the seriousness will completely wear off when it enters 2nd house, because it will be touching my North Node almost immediately after it leaves its opposition to my Moon, but I really want to know.

After Saturn leaves its opposition to my Moon and enters my 2nd house, will I become more like the person I used to be? Able to laugh, make weird jokes, and above all just relax and have fun?

What do you guys think?

Yes you will! Basically Saturn in hard aspect to moon can make you feel depressed but this will pass and yes you will experience joy and laughter again.

Don't numb the pain, let yourself really feel it so you can then let it go and feel back to your old self.

This relaxation technique really helps getting out of negative moods and with healing, I feel it facilitates integration and gets your energy field flowing again you can stop feeling stuck and like negative cloud is following you around. Everyone I get to do it at least agrees that is very relaxing so its at least good for helping manage anxiety but I feel it has a lot of benefits.

yes!
I went thru it last year, most horrible time. I lost a lot. But I felt the relief as soon as the transit started to separate and gradually, I went back to normal. Minus the loss.

Saturn is on my moon and I am feeling it. It's requiring me to work really hard which I did need the push to do. I don't know that I've lost my sense of humour but I do feel very somber and subdued in general. Very low at times.

I keep having a lot of water incidents. House flooding etc at the most inopportune times which I did not get until I read a description of Saturn as a dry planet. If moon is watery I suppose it's a melding of that with work.

Have you had any water incidents?

Maybe it's not down to Saturn but the way I've felt it's saturns imprint on it. Perhaps the conjunction only.

Do I remember rightly that you have Scorpio asc and Taurus sun like me? I was thinking the other day of how Saturn kept going over my asc and opposing my sun a few years ago which was rough but I did come out of it better, I think

Thank you for your feedback, everyone. I am filled with hope that things will improve by the end of the year.

You remember right. I don't recall Saturn's opposition to my Sun as being very difficult, but I could be wrong. The opposition to my Sun was before I got into checking transits.

I haven't had any water incidents. Then again, I have a Gemini Moon.

There was a bit of seriousness going on when Saturn was a couple degrees from my Ascendant, but it only got really bad when it began to oppose my Gemini Moon and even worse when it went Retrograde. It was still having a noticeable effect before touching my Moon considering that for the past few years, I've been going through a lot, yet I've still been able to enjoy myself until very recently.

Granted, Saturn's visit through my 1st house hasn't been completely terrible. I was going through a major existential crisis before Saturn started going through my 1st house. I had no idea who I was and it was tough on me. Even with how much this transit is driving me nuts, at least I know myself better now.
