Does the 5th ruler in the 12th almost always mean something terrible and possibly life-threatening happening with the child? My mom has her 5th house ruler Venus (I think you'd say her 5th house is intercepted because she's a Cancer rising like me, but has a Libra 4th and 5th instead of a Scorpio 5th house) in her 12th house in Gemini. Since the 5th house rules kids and her 5th ruler is in the 12th house of prison, drugs, nefarious activity etc does that mean something will happen to ME, her child? I have had prescription amphetamine drug issues and I'm a bit of a recluse who doesn't like to keep many friends, so I can see how that manifested in her chart, but I've never been in trouble with the law or been caught up in anything that could get me killed. I am worried though; I've always heard the 5th ruler in the 12th means that the person's kid will perish in an uncertain and "cloudy" way  I know I sound paranoid, but it just worries me because I've seen a few too many charts where what I just described above actually occured >.<. I think interpretations are not always definitive nor exhaustiveRuler of the 5th in 12th may suggest creative,sensitive children-especially since Venus is there. 12th house also has a foggy mix to it-hence its affiliation with Neptune. So maybe she thought having kids was something spiritual/ideal? Or her kids will be the type that need extra attention or gifted spiritually? Another manifestation is the paternity of the kids(or one) put under review. There could be confusion with regards to the father. Or there could have been a mix up in hospital altogether i.e. wrong baby given to wrong family etc . Yikes! IP: Logged |

5th house ruler in the 12H can also just mean secret affairs or neptunian children.IP: Logged |

I have my 5th house ruler in the 12th also, but have no children. I hope nothing bad would happen if I end up having children one day. Neptunian children would be wonderful though. My 12th house Pisces Moon would love that.  IP: Logged |
