Where do I find my "soul" in astrology? I specifically would like to find answers to why I so strongly feel a pull towards Italy, desert countries such as Saudi Arabia or Andalusia?! For the longest of time; decades actually, I have seen myself surrounded by sand, wearing flowing dresses/robes and feeling the sun burn on my skin! I also am extremely drawn to lemon trees despite not being very fond of yellow OR lemons but it's something I yearn for to my core. I also gravitate towards anything that's old. Old traditions/cultures/recipes/people/buildings etc At one point I thought "oh, it's my barren Cap Moon wanting to go home to its barren country" but Saturn has given me plenty of lessons and none of them included lemon trees or old Moroccan tile :-/ IP: Logged |

Look to the Ic or planets therein.I have Uranus/Neptune contra-parrallel the Mc/Ic axis and at my core, am drawn to ideas of places that transcend the Social/political climate i am born under. The idea of Utopia where humanity lives in peace may be something that most people want. But i take it further by being obsessed with its tangible reality. IP: Logged |

Opposite is Jupiter and Chiron Hmm... scorpions like sand?? LOL I'm drawing a blank on this one.

Uranus on the Ic and Jupiter in opposition to your Ic already takes you out of your culture into those of others.Both Jupiter and Uranus feel more in sync when there is open-endedness between their culture and those of other people. Neptune/Venus there too. Any declination aspects to the Mc/Ic? Aspects to the Moon(including declinations)? IP: Logged |

I don't think you will find the answers to these things in your birth chart, which pertains to this lifetime. You're probably recalling sensations and positive experieces from places in other lifetimes.The soul is not a separate thing. It is the real, whole you.

Have you tried AstroClick Travel? Maybe you have really good lines in those places. I found it to be true for places my Mom and I love/want to travel to.IP: Logged |

Also worth looking at certain asteroids such as Alma (390) means soul in Spanish along with others.Here's a question - would the draconic chart hold clues about soul yearning? The south node may give clues to past lives. IP: Logged |
