Neptune,Chiron tend to make one sensitive. Mercury is neutral whilst Venus/Moon and the Sun can be receptive and even warm-if not afflicted by Saturn/aloof Uranus, overbearing Pluto/Mars or righteous Jupiter.

When Neptune,Chiron are on the angles, the individual may already come across empathetic/understanding.

Saturn suppresses Venus/Moon/Sun. So the effect can be someone who comes across rigid/un-approachable.

Pluto can be too overbearing(even the sextile aspect). And when on Venus/Moon/Sun, the person may feel "probed" and become defensive

The 12th house seems to "disarm" most planets- save for Mars,Saturn,Uranus,Pluto. So if Mercury is in 12th and makes no hard aspects to Pluto/Saturn /Mars/ Ura, the individual can come across very empathetic and a good listener. Or give a good impression of being one.

I myself have Neptune parallel the Mc/Ic. And it gives the impression of someone gentle. But Uranus is also there.

Add to that Pluto, Saturn/Venus conjunct in the 7th ,Mars conjunct 7th,,Moon/Mars square close to the 4th house angle, Merc/Mars square close to the 10th house angle that factors in and makes me come across self involved and aloof.

the other person is a younger cousin, and her sun is on my venus exact (in cancer). she can be rather judgemental though (virgo AC), but her aqua moon balances her; she's also very intuitive and was very smart as a kid, even when I used to play with her and take her to the playground (she's 6 years younger) she used to amaze me with occasional words of wisdom she would shed! she definitely wasn't a normal kid. she's studying law at the university now..this makes me wanna look at her chart again, especially the position of her outer planets

my scorpio friend is also another person who knows a lot more about me than my family. he's a scorpio sun, capricorn moon and either virgo or libra AC...

Makes you incredible lucky, but more importantly "Happy Go Lucky".

Gives an optimistic, upbeat, trusting impression on people.

When I'm in my "Natural State" and everything just seams to work people just assume I'm a person to trust.

I just spent 10yrs living in Ottawa and boy did people tell me there problems....contrary to what the tourism industry wants you to believe, its very much a struggling middle class society and I was far removed from the problems people face here so I was normally in a much better mood then most of the people that live there.

Now that I'm happy to be back home, I actually smile now something I never used to do. Most Gem males don't.

Probably makes me more trusting. I'm told I can be very approachable.

@EmGem, from observing people with Virgo Moons, you guys are very loving. I am/was close with a lot Virgo Moons and when needed, they went into mother mode. I've read somewhere that Cancer is ultimate arch type for mother and Virgo is the bintch one and in my eyes, I disagree with other statement. But the tough love approach is present and I appreciate that a lot!

@Diogenes I'm trying to find or remember if I know someone with that placements but I'm not sure. But it would be amazing to meet someone!

@Aries23Degrees bless you for your detailed answer. Neptune/Chrion is something I know all to well. Also, Neptune on the angle but from 12th house. On the other hand Venus in really wide conjunction with Moon. Both of them trine Saturn. Venus square Uranus. Mars trine Moon. And Jupiter conjuncts Moon/Venus like cherry on top of bs cake. Sun opposite Saturn. Sun trine Uranus. Sun sextile Mars and Sun sextile Jupiter. I'm a joy, what can I say. But when it comes to dealing with people and their pain, Neptune really comes in to play.

@girlwiththerainysoul you can't suppress Moon and Venus in Scorpio in 8th so it will come out. And when it does, it's beautiful. Your cousin is one tough cookie!
Well, Cancer and Aqua would make someone intuitive based on writings online so no wonder she was wise even as a kid.
the thing about scoprio placements, based on my experience with this friend and my cousin, is that they tend to figure out things about you in sneaky ways, it's like they have this pull on you which forces you to tell your secrets, whether you like it or not. you may regret later that you did, or think to yourself, "what was I thinking telling THAT to this person?!", but you're most probably also going to receive the best advice if you turn to a kind (enough!) scorpio
We all know Scorpios sometimes (accent on sometimes and it all depends on person in question) get bad rep but when evolved and mature, they can be strong moral support. But all of them will always probing into other peoples souls. Bless them.
