Here's a thought. If I have Juno at 28'46 of Aries, and Uranus is approaching, when (in terms of degrees of orb) might that be felt? Plot twist, if Uranus goes retrograde at 28'32; how does that impact the situation? Essentially, does a transit need to cross a point before going retro for that point to feel it? Or might it be felt in advance but never quite coming into fruition until the Rx period is completely over and the trigger point is crossed properly? IP: Logged |

Within 3 degrees of your Juno. quote: Essentially, does a transit need to cross a point before going retro for that point to feel it? Or might it be felt in advance but never quite coming into fruition until the Rx period is completely over and the trigger point is crossed properly?
No, it does not. In fact, events can come into fruition if the planet went Retrograde when it was still within orb of an asteroid or natal planet. For example, Saturn has not yet become an exact opposition to my Moon in Gemini, but I'm currently experiencing the effects of the transit just from it being within orb. My current relationship also began when Uranus was within 3 degrees of my Juno. Uranus went Retrograde shortly before the relationship started. quote: Plot twist, if Uranus goes retrograde at 28'32; how does that impact the situation?
You will likely feel the effects of the transit even though it is not exact. On the other hand, I'm not sure how the transit will impact you personally. What happened with me might not happen with you. It depends on which house your Juno is in.IP: Logged |

Thanks Lerena for such a detailed reply. It's actually not my Juno, but a friend's. He's had an interesting ride recently with T. saturn in the first, conjunct SN, conjunct Neptune, square mars and venus; T. pluto trine venus and mars... He's not been having a great time in his relationship and so the T. Uranus closing in on his Juno at the same time as saturn continues its thing vs neptune and squaring venus/mars feels significant. It's a heck of a cluster, and has been difficult for him. He really needs to take some direct action - either to fix it or fold it. When I saw that uranus was going retro minutes before activating the natal juno, I'll be honest my heart sank a bit as it's not going to go direct over it until this time next year. If the orb has activated it though, I guess it could be a solidifying transit ie, when it crosses it properly it closes off that period of action. Edited to add: It's in his 5th house (equal) or 4th (Placidus) - I usually use equal because I live at a northern latitude. As a general point, do you have more chance of feeling a transit if that planet is significant in the chart? IP: Logged |

I have to admit that Mercury/Moon /Mars T-square transpersonal planet transits I feel most poignantlyPluto on top of those right now is significant as it also affects my Asc/Mc. Uranus on the natal T-square started being hectic when it was in retrograde motion square Mercury. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Check these transits from last year; Transit Cap Pluto 15 Natal Cap Mercury 16 Natal Can Moon 17 Natal Lib Mars 18 Ascendant Ari 20 Mid-heaven Cap 22 Transit Aries Uranus 24 Trans Uranus was parallel Asc Trans Pluto parallel Natal Uranus/Neptune/Mc Talk about domino effect.... I think check orbs within close to exact degrees. Don't forget declinations. I didn't know about those but they are potent.
