But the sign that rules the house is where the line starts?? For instance, my Scorpio IC line is in the middle of 3H so this would mean Scorpio/Pluto rules my 4H?
Sag line is at the end of 4H and thus rules 5H? What happened to Cap and Aqua then? Both lines are in 6H.

Capricorn/Saturn rules the 6th and all of Aquarius is in the 6th also?
You have an intercepted sign.
(Leo in the 12th will be intercepted also.)

All of Aqua is in 6H. But if Sag/Jupiter rules 5H but I have Cap Moon in 5H how am I supposed to interpret this??
