Hey!
It is a 1st/7th opposition, so you'd also have to take into account that pluto is in the 7th (which adds its own energy to the opposition).
For me, in relationships, it depends on the person I'm dealing with. If they have a merc/pluto contact themselves, because we share a similar communication style and way of thinking.
I like to dig a little deeper; with whatever topic I'm interested in, I want to know as much as possible. That applies to people too. But because my merc is in taurus, I'd rather it'd be a gradual thing. I don't like being hit with the full force of someone's personality all at once! That's a plus.
On the negative side, I tend to be very untrusting. There is always a part of me that questions people's motives. Even if I talk myself into being rational, a tiny voice will think "but what if?" You can imagine how that would go if not kept in check.
The only person I snooped on was someone who wasn't even my partner. It was an almost-relationship; left me insecure, which led to the snooping.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Venus in Pisces in my chart. Oy very ..... what a headache to have..... it's involved in this double square with Neptune and Jupiter in Sag. Used to settle with the first guy. Unconditionally loving..... end up falling for wrong man.... later end up abused. Serial string of tragic love relationships. I'm thinking that I would just love to have Venus in Virgo or something like that. I have a few very close friends and that's it. Although I'm quite social and a relationship person. I'd make a good therapist..... however the cardinal tsquare in my chart is stronger than the Venus stuff...

Before I'd fall in love deeply and passionately..... until a guy starts abusing me then it goes....

Biggest relationship need.... security maybe. Right now transiting Saturn in right in my 7th house and I am doing some heavy soul searching, going within and figuring out the patterns in my relationships. I am learning lots. My therapist had told me to write of list of what I need in a relationship and to describe in great detail what my ideal man would be like...... this is what I'm working on right now.

I have never been with a Venus in Cancer. Though both my daughters have Venus in Cancer, one with a cancer moon and the other a pisces moon.

Sorry to chime in. I find Cancer Venus a very delicate Venus.

I know one that was hurt and she could never date anyone ever again.

Its very careful for a Cancer Venus to get hurt so they should be careful who they choose to express there love to.

Sorry, for a late late reply, anyways, both Moon and Venus are really feminine and gentle planets and we all know having them in Scorpio is not peaches and cream. But, if we look at difference between planets, my Scorp Moon helped me survive some really really messed up stuff. It gives me this fighter mentality in a way and I love that. But Venus as Venus is much more earthy (at least that's how I look at Venus) with sensual pleasures and taking care of yourself and pampering yourself. And Scorpio is not really about that. Also, I always claimed you love with your Moon but Venus plays huge role in attraction and likes. If I like something, I go overboard with it to the point of obsession. And Venus in Scorpio likes some dark stuff. I'm into serial killers for example and it's not that I admire them, I just want to study their psyche. So sometimes in conversations I will reference someone like that and people will be well, okay, bye.

I love Moon in Scorpio because it's always on edge. It's extreme and it can get rough at times but it will help you survive.

Venus on the other hand, that one is just bat s*it crazy. Venus is my chart's ache and I struggle with all things Venusian so this is so so subjective.
