I have yet to experience this, Cap IC. But I'll share a friend's story when Saturn made its first contact to IC she lost her home. And then when it made its last hit she lost her father. This was during Saturn in Sag..So anyone? IP: Logged |

I was extremely young when I experienced this transit, so I'm not sure what happened, but I've heard that my parents and I moved into our current house when I was 2, the same year that I also experienced transit Saturn conjunct my IC.My Solar Return for 2023 suggests that I might move again the next time I have Saturn conjunct my IC. There have been a number of threads on this...it usually does coincide with a move/change in the home, or something to do with your Father.IP: Logged |

This was a time when my friendship with a friend turned sour. Saturn in 4th was square Pluto in the 7th. I felt that he was suffocating me with demands and we just broke off..

Thanks Ladies (assuming you all are if not my bad) I see, since a conjunction to your IC means an opposition to your MC how was your public persona and or career affected? IP: Logged |

I went through this transit early last year and again later in 2016. It was uneventful in terms of anything major. No relocation and nothing major sticks out in memory related to 4th/cusp.I think I experienced it more in relation to Saturn's square to my Asc and opposition to MC: health and work/expectations. It was more a process in which I felt like my health and productivity were not measuring up to what I would like them to be and feeling out why ... what's the cause ... what's worth aiming for/expecting? I realized I was not as good a writer as I'd preferred to think and started working harder on developing my ability, increasing consistency and discipline towards that. The only event I can associate with this period was deciding to fold the writers group I started a couple years previous. This was due to lack of attendance. I started going to another group.

It made me down and depressed. Also energy is low, maybe because my Sun is also near my IC. I was SO glad when it was 10 orb away. Whew!IP: Logged |

I moved across the country, by myself, looking for what my soul considered "home" (I also traveled a lot to other countries trying to feel my way to finding my "home"... anyway, I did fall into an awesome tribe, but was seriously home sick and depressed a lot. Most of the time I didn't work b/c I really didn't want to be around a lot of people except the ones I considered family (not actually family but the friends I considered family)... I was in therapy for most of the 2 1/2 yr transit... but ended up moving back home to take care of my grandma right before Saturn left my 4th house (which Tr Saturn was squ my ASC right before it left the 4th... and she died when my Prog Moon left Cancer- still 4th house theme and when Tr Saturn squ my Prog ASC) Tr Saturn rules my 8th and is in the 4th... I was hoping I was going to move with my Prog Moon in the 4th... but it was basically turning me into a hermit, isolating myself, depression and making myself go to therapy to deal with my past (which that's what the 4th is all about too). BUT, for the first 8 months of my Prog moon in the 4th I watched TONS of WW2 documentary... and I was crying all the time watching them! I'm in the last 4 months of my prog Moon in the 4th... which I have gone back into complete hermit mode/just focusing on healing (which I have heard that when the prog Moon or a transit planet are months/degrees from leaving a house there is an extra does of that house energy so that whatever needed to be learned/completed get pushed forward).
Sorry, for some reason Prog Moon and Tr Saturn going through the same house usually seems like the same to me (as in whatever house Tr Saturn or Prog Moon are in that's your main focus for that period of life). IP: Logged |

I was in my late teens during this transit before I got into astrology. I use to do a lot of theater acting and dancing. I experienced my first burn out from it too.I was doing way too much at once. I got reprimanded for not knowing enough of my lines for a play I was in. I remember actually expressing needing a break. But then I was signed up for like 3 summer theater camps already. I remember not really wanting to be there. I wanted more time to just be a normal kid/teen. I realized I wanted a boyfriend but I was so awkward and not comfortable in my own skin. But this became a new awkward goal for me. IP: Logged |

I recently noticed I decided on my career during an opposition to my Midheaven, but it wasn't Saturn's opposition. Uranus in Pisces' opposition to my Virgo Midheaven was when I decided to become a writer. It wasn't something I expected to find from an opposition.IP: Logged |

Transit Saturn is currently exactly conjunct my IC. This is by far the lowest and most depressing time in my life. I moved to another country alone. I cannot make any new friends, no matter how hard I try. I basically stay at home alone all the time with no desire to go out. The only light at the end of the tunnel is that Saturn will soon enter Aquarius and leave my IC. I do know that I eventually will feel better...IP: Logged |

when i had that transit it was in the middle of a lot of major transits first exactly squaring my venus, then my moon, then my ascendant/descendant axis, then my ic, then my nodes (this is not too long after it was conjunct my mars) and pluto was exact on my ic with itmy ex and i broke up after almost 15 years, which was for the best, and i sobered up a good deal (been high this past month admittedly though, just weed but...) and some pretty terrible stuff happened too but i won't get into that it wasnt all bad, was life changing, no physical move but home drastically changed
