I think of Aries on the mid-heaven as indicative of entrepreneurship:It's a self-driven approach to making your own mark in the world in your own terms.The 6th house is 9th from the 10th house and is on the cusp of Sag. Sag either works in an environment that expands their world-view, allows them space to do their own thing or is not too serious in nature And with Ura/Nep there,a free-flowing, expansive and restrictive-free environment at work is emphasized. The 2nd house is 5th from the 10th and is in Leo.The career route should involve creativity and getting individualized attention for your own contributions. It should flex your creative muscles or involve personal involvement and passion for it. The 7th house is 10 houses from the 10th. The cusp of the 7th is Cap and this suggests that the success of the career will be slow in coming. With Mars on the 7th in Capricorn, you may have to be in charge of you and perhaps of others too.
