What's the difference between moon in Pisces and moon conjunct neptune

well moon in other sign that conjuncts neptune will have also behaviour of the sign he is in ,with neptunes influence - while moon in pisces will be simply piscean unless it is conjunct some other planet

I have Moon conjunct Neptune and I don't like Pisces character. They are passive aggressive and sulk. They also hold grudges secretly and escape through substances. This is totally not me. I'm very straight forward and clear.

Just to illustrate how my Moon sign, aspects, placement modify my Moon....I've Moon in Sagittarius conjunct Neptune in 7th house. I relate to a typical Sag Moon's traits of being blunt, happy/optimistic mostly (Moon also trine Jupiter), outgoing, freedom-loving etc...but due to Neptune's influence, I'm also very sensitive to others' feelings. A lot of times I stop myself from saying things which I think may cause someone uneasiness so I don't relate to being a verbal diarrhoea like what some Sag Mooners are known for. I also feel sad when I see people being bullied, ill-treated or just living a hard life. My Moon in 7th made me love companionship (and this can be friendships). People say such placement makes one get in/out of relationships or marry early but that's not true for me.
