With that many natal planets being hit at once, it is very hard to predict. I think it is more helpful to first see that you are undergoing the transit of Pluto conjunct those in Capricorn, opposite your Mars in Cancer. The full moon may activate it in case you've not been feeling it.

Transits of Pluto to natal Uranus are hard to predict, but generally involve societal or group change you perceive as happening to you, rather than something you control. It is a time of great change, but look to its transit to Neptune (the more outer planet) for clues as to what it is really about: transformation of your perspective on life and the world, even transformation of your beliefs.

Pluto opposite natal Mars is an activator of assertiveness, doing empowerment in which you are called to change the way you are behaving in relation to others. That is particularly true since Pluto has been passing over your natal Sun and is now moving back towards it.

Activation of creative viewpoints, creative, abstract thinking, leading you to take more initiative at putting forth concepts, ideas, taking more lead in adding your perspective into the mix rather than responsing to the views and ideas of others (particularly through mass media).

I don't know exactly what I feel about Tpluto on mars/neptune/uranus.I've been on a tough transformative road that I think is due to the transit on my sun but besides that I really don't know.I'm feeling a lot of rage. Does that make any connection with these planets?
I'm also having a lot of energy but having nothing to do since I'm unemployed and that frustrates me.

This energy could be coming from the aries stellium of my solar return too...
