So I am going to get some plastic surgery done in Late Jan/Early Feb next year. Is there something I need to avoid in the stars so nothing goes wrong?

It looks like Venus will be in Aqua, so I dont want to come out looking quirky? Is there anything else I need to be aware of if anyone knows?

I recommend the Solar Return report from astrologysoftware.com. It goes over your transits for the year. Venus/Moon aspect periods are favorable for a physical transformation, as well as when the Ascendant conjuncts your natal or return Venus. Avoid changes when the Ascendant conjuncts your natal or return Pluto.

I'm being Uranian here but ..
Can you get your surgeons natal
by chance? I think in parts
of the world they might do that.
Depending on what you're having
done, the surgeon has much involvement
in your 'final results'.
As long as you aren't a Sun Leo,
the Aqua months should be ok but once
you have a date your progression
wheel should better reveal your answer.

Re: chin implant, maybe looking at
your Aries (the head) could benefit
you with the progression .

Well am not certain. But wouldn't the 1st house rule all matters related to facial modifications?

What is the sign of your 1st house cusp?

1st house cusp in Sag suggests that Jupiter is the ruler of the Ascendant.

Have you looked at aspects to Jupiter by progression?
Also, Saturn is in Sag right now by transit. What degree is your 1st house cusp, your Jupiter sign/degree?

Look at your Jupiter sign

My Jupiter is in Sag for instance and these are the natal aspects

Jupiter sextile Mars
Jupiter conjunct Neptune
Jupiter conjunct Sun

Jupiter is in 23 Deg Sag
Trans Saturn is 22 Degrees.

When I had plastic surgery, my solar return had both Venus and Pluto in the first house. Transiting Uranus has been in my first for a while. Transit Jupiter trined my Venus. For the most part, everything turned out great.

If you have Saturn in the first or 6th I recommend holding off.

Well. The ruler of your Asc is Mars/Pluto and not Jupiter as earlier thought.

Mars in 17 Leo
Pluto is 14 Lib

Solar Arc Mars is at 26/27 Virgo next year
Solar Arc Pluto is at 23/24 Scorpio next year

I also look at Venus at 29 Degrees Gem for personal confidence

Solar Arc Mars will trine natal Sun
Solar Arc Mars will square natal Venus

Solar Arc Pluto will oppose natal Sun
Solar Arc Pluto will square natal Saturn

Transiting Saturn will possibly oppose natal Venus
Transiting Saturn will possibly square Solar Arc Mars

Have you been thinking of this for a very long time?

Hi Aries, are they all good things??

I've been thinking about it for the last 10 years.

In 2002, while sitting in a plastic surgeon office, he told me, when I'm older I'll need a chin implant. Didn't know what he was on about back then but I got it about 10 years ago.

I'm booked in for surgery on the 7 Feb 2018.

The progressions are internally focused whilst the transits will add to "what is" .

I think that what is best is psychological preparation.. The momentum has started. I just hope that you are satisfied with the outcome.

I unfortunately can't tell you that it will be a success or not. But the progressions do suggest that you were looking to make changes. And with Saturn/Pluto involved, the changes are permanent-like them or not.
