So who here has found their Arabic Parts activated at pivotal moments in their life like on a wedding day/birth of your first child? I haven't found them to be significant in my chart or my parent's chart (their wedding day or my birth), but yet since there are so many Arabic Parts I inevitably get curious about each one and calculate it hoping the events related to the name of the part will manifest when a transiting planet, progressed planet etc hits it, but so far no dice. So far, my experience of Arabic parts is basically the same as yours. I don't think mine get activated much, if at all.IP: Logged |

I looked and really can't
see anything ever 'activated'.
I did look at conjunctions
between them and planets/asteroids
for additional learning. It seems to me if those particular
Orbs/signs show up in transit/
Progressions, we might see the
moments of 'activation' .. like my
Sun is in Aries in Progression, it
is near a particular Arabic POF.
Just play with the various charts.
It might help reveal something coming.

I've looked at progressions, solar returns, lunar returns etc and my natal Arabic Parts and when a progressed planet, solar return or lunar return has hit an Arabic Part nothing has happened  . I've also looked at my progressed Arabic Parts, solar return and lunar return arabic parts. My birth time is pretty correct I think. I just rectified my birth time and it should be correct meaning my Arabic Parts are at the correct degrees and signs. I don't know, maybe I need to keep trying. IP: Logged |

So apparently my grandma's Arabic Part of Son-In-Law (my mom's mom not my dad's mom) is trine my dad's Arabic Part Of Son-In-Law, but this isn't really a significant Arabic Part, plus it's sextile and not conjunct or opposite, so I don't know how much weight it really holds.IP: Logged |

I have not found them worth marking or following in my chart. Plus they are highly sensitive to first having a precisely accurate Asc, which most charts do not have.------------------

It is kind of interesting just
to see what comes from looking
at them for clues. The Arabians
understood the constellations, they,
like the vedics and others took
