Transit Uranus is exactly sextiling my Moon in late Gemini which is opposite Neptune in the 12th House.

Since the transit got exact, there was a storm going through my private life, I stopped being in contact with my parents (especially mother), also major break-ups with close friends.

I have to add, they were all relations with big dependency issues. It makes sense they had to go, but I feel so deeply hurt and so alone at the moment :'(

Relationships flow TWO ways, not just one.
ALL your relationships are Valuable, in some way.
We ALL depend on each other, in hidden ways sometimes.
There's nothing wrong with that... unless it is egregiously out of hand?.. and, what perspective you want to take, looking at it.

Maybe you are at the developmental stage of life where 'individuating' needs to occur?

Moon sextile Uranus is a 'good' thing! LOL.
Helps you have a 'sense of humor' about your life? Cultivate that, if you can, in the light of what's going on with you.

You need to distinguish your OWN values, as separate, from your parents and friends. Doesn't mean you have to LEAVE them (in a physical sense, necessarily). You CHANGE and adjust your values and attitudes within. Some people do that by blowing up their relationship bridges. ... Others, sort it out INSIDE themselves.

Time to inwardly begin making those important Goals to leave the nest, and make your own Excellent Adventure in life?

Like the song suggests-- don't burn your bridges behind you. You have NO idea what the future holds, and WHOM you may have to come back and visit in this lifetime. Life is pretty ~weird-- this is a VERY small world. Take good care of how you 'exit' if you do.

People you know now, may hold keys to your future-- and you might sorely need their Favor some day.

Some day.... (this happened to me), you might be walking down the hall of a corporation, and walk into the HR office of someone important there... who had been a part of your life before.

Take care of yourself. Be strong... and Honor those who have BEEN playing an integral part of your Journey. They helped you grow and added ingredients that assisted you in define WHO you are.

People are Gardens... Nurture each other, plant kind things, and it will come back as a crop. We fertilize each other's fields.
