So when we read house positions for planets in a progressed chart, are we reading them in terms of where they fall in the progressed chart or where they're transiting in the natal chart?

Like, for example, I have natal sun in Cap in the 4th, Virgo rising. But in my progressed chart I'm now a Libra rising and next year my progressed sun will shift into Aquarius, so in the progressed chart my sun still falls in my 4th house but it's midway through my natal 5th - so which progressed interpretation would I read? Progressed Sun in 4th or 5th?

Also, I had a natal stellium in the 5th house which has now entirely moved into the progressed 4th house but are transiting my natal 5th and 6th houses. So same question here, which interpretation would I read? The ones for progressed planets in 4th or in 5th & 6th?

Thanks guys!

Also, first post, YAY!

Natal chart. Those are the only houses that matter.
